Cardiac Medical Services is servicing hospitals, doctor's offices, clinics and dialysis centers. 
 
Since we are using the hand-held all digital Accuson Cypress Plus (Rev 20), CMS is specializing in servicing convalescent homes, assisted living facilites and home care patients.
 
Cardiac Medical Services Sonographers come to your facility with our Hewlett Packard Sonos 5500 or our compact all digital Acuson Cypress Plus (Rev 20). We are available on a regular week by week schedule or on a Stat basis. 
 
We provide 1.5 to 2 hour response time if a STAT is needed.
 

Types of Studies

 

  • Echocardiograms
    CMS performs echocardiograms with 2-D, M-Mode and Color Flow Doppler on pediatric and adult patients.
    (Stress echocardiograms with Treadmill or thalium/debutamine)
Mobile Echocardiogram Service
  • Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
    CMS is one of the only mobile diagnostic companies that performs TEEs (bedside and pre/post surgery).  We use the Hewlett Packard Multi-plane probe in addition to our Sonos 5500.

  • Vascular Imaging
    CMS performs all vascular studies - carotid, upper and lower venous and arterial studies.  We also do vein mapping in preparation for surgery.

    CMS performs abdominal ultrasounds, pelvic ultrasounds, abdominal aorta and small parts ultrasounds.

Reports

Cardiac Medical Services provides reports by our Board Certified Cardiologists and Radiologists and they are faxed within 4 working days.  STAT readings can be provided within 24 hours.
Larry King Foundation providing free Echocardiograms via Cardiac Medical Services mobile services.
Cardiac Medical Services together with COPE Health Solutions and the Larry King Foundation is providing free Echocardigrams for uninsured patients in Los Angeles.
CMS is servicing a 40-mile radius from our office in Burbank with 5 vehicles, machines and sonographers.
